**NOTE: Acquiring the Deluxe package while already having progressed through parts of the X-Men Epic Quest will grant you the rewards for the previous quests completed.
F2P route:
If you want to get Magneto without paying any money, it'll take 105 days if strictly using F2P options, or 46 days if using Stark's Stash. I'm not including buying crystals directly.

You can do Tracking missions unlimited times a day to acquire as many shards as you need. You will stop getting x-genes after 10 runs though.
You can pay crystals to skip any quest. Prices vary, so I will not be including it.

PSA: Since some of these quests require doing things with daily limits, I highly advise you not to do **ANYTHING AT THE START OF YOUR DAY until you check this guide and see how far you can progress that day. If you do any missions in-game prematurely, you might hinder your advancement by accident.**

Use 800 Chaos Norn Stones to finish the research mission. You can acquire these stones through various means in the game, such as certain Shadowland stages and World Boss rewards, as well as through store purchases.
If you can beat the World Boss missions 5 times a day for 6 days (not counting iThanos), you can earn from 250 to 450 Norn Stones of Chaos a week, depending on RNG.
In Shadowland, you can earn 20 Norn Stones of Chaos in Stage 1, 10 in stage 17, 15 in stage 18, 20 in stage 19, and 25 in stage 20, for a total possible of 90 a week. Of that, the 20 from Stage 1 is easily available to the majority of players. Also, getting to stages 11 and 14 in Shadowland for the first time will earn you 125 Norn Stones of Chaos in total.
An advanced player should typically be able to earn about 350 Norn Stones of Chaos a week from Shadowland and World Bosses, as well as the 125 from finishing stages 11 and 14. If starting from scratch and grinding, it should be possible then to get enough stones in 2 weeks.

You can acquire BAM through various means in the game, such as certain Shadowland stages and World Boss rewards, as well as through store purchases.
If you can beat the World Boss missions 5 times a day for 6 days (not counting iThanos), you can earn from 1,000 to 1,200 BAM a week, depending on RNG. Completing all 35 WB missions a week gives a total of about 1,200- 1,400 a week.
If you can complete 5 World Boss Ultimate fights a day, you can receive up to an additional 50-75 BAM a day, up to 350- 575 BAM a week.
In Shadowland, you can earn 20 BAM in stage 1, 40 in stage 17, 60 in stage 18, 80 in stage 19, 100 in stage 20, and 120 in stage 24 for a total possible of 420 a week.
An advanced player should typically be able to earn the 1,000 BAM needed to build from scratch in less than a week. If you can do 6/7 WB days and only half of shadowlands, it will take about a week.

Use 1,000 M'kraan Shards to finish the research mission. You can acquire these shards through various means in the game, such as M'kraan Daily Missions and the Tracking Missions. If you have the Deluxe package, the Magneto missions drop some as well.
M'Kraan Daily Missions give from 20-25 shards on the highest level, for roughly 40-50 a day. Each Tracking Mission seems to gives a small amount each run, so you can run them as much as you want to get as many as you want.
An advanced player should typically be able to earn about 40-50 shards a day from Daily missions, and as many as they want from Tracking missions. Assuming you do all the tracking missions every day up to the x-gene limit, daily missions, and including the 200 from the previous mission, the average player should finish this in approximately 8-9 days. However, it is possible to finish in a day as long as you have enough energy for it.

If you can beat the World Boss missions 5 times a day for 6 days (not counting iThanos), you can earn from 1,000 to 1,200 BAM a week, depending on RNG. Completing all 35 WB missions a week gives a total of about 1,200- 1,400 a week.

Use 1,000 M'kraan Crystals to finish the research mission. You can acquire these from the converter in the lab, Veiled Secret missions, or from Magneto's deluxe mission.
There are two Veiled Secret missions, Magneto's Might and Rise of the Phoenix. At this point in the epic quest, you can only do Magneto's Might. You can run it twice a day for roughly 10 crystals a run, total of 20 a day.
You can also acquire an additional 15-20 from running Magneto's deluxe mission twice a day.
At this rate, with 100 crystals already, it'll take roughly 45 days to acquire enough without the deluxe package, and roughly 24 days with the deluxe package.
Depending on you Converter level in the Lab, you can convert CNS to M'kraan crystals from 1-15 times a day. At max converter level, you can get 15 crystals a day. Doing this will reduce the time needed to get 1,000 crystals to roughly 25 days without the deluxe mission and 18 days with the deluxe mission.

You need Wolverine in your team to complete this, but can use any character to do the actual mission.

[Research] Research Regeneration Device #2
Use 1,000 Phoenix Feathers to finish the research mission. You can acquire these from the converter in the lab, Veiled Secret missions, or from Magneto's deluxe mission. You would have most likely acquired all the Phoenix Feathers you would need to complete this quest while you were collecting M'kraan crystals for the previous one.
There are two Veiled Secret missions, Magneto's Might and Rise of the Phoenix. At this point in the epic quest, you can only do Magneto's Might. You can run it twice a day for roughly 20-30 crystals a run, total of 40-60 a day.
You can also acquire an additional 70-80 from running Magneto's deluxe mission twice a day.
Depending on you Converter level in the Lab, you can convert BAM to Phoenix Feathers from 1-15 times a day. I highly do not recommend doing this, since phoenix feathers are plentiful and easy to get.
